Yes... I also make games. Aurora is a narrative side-scroller set in Argentina, where players follow a gaucho on a journey across the country to find his missing sister. I was responsible for the visual direction and the story. From world-building and character design to every scenario, asset, and dialogue system in the game. The entire visual identity was built around a watercolor aesthetic, creating eight distinct environments inspired by real Argentine landscapes, from the northern desert and Patagonian steppe to forests and coastal towns. Each level needed to feel like a different region while keeping a cohesive art style throughout. Beyond the visuals, I crafted the narrative structure: the story arc, mission flow, character dialogues, and a collectible system of stamps and journal entries that reward exploration with cultural context. The project pushed me to think about how visual storytelling, interaction, and pacing all work together to keep someone engaged.. Which, honestly, isn't that different from designing a good digital product.
